Any damage that occurs needs to be reported as soon as you become aware and is safe and reasonable to do so. In order to report damage please login into your customer dashboard and click on the damage report tile. Here you will find a damage report form requesting details and where applicable photo upload.
Please fill out this report which will immediately notify Staycation team and should we require further information we will contact you.
In the event of an accident that involves another party or causes damage to property, please contact the local police and follow the guidance given. Once it is safe to do so capture personal details of any other parties involved, including vehicle details and also witnesses, if available. If you can capture any images of the incident please do so.
Once you have followed any guidance provided by the local police and it is safe to do you must immediately report this accident to Staycation via the client dashboard.
By ticking the box you understand that you are fully responsible for this vehicle and any damage caused to the vehicle regardless of fault, other than fare wear and tear. Your access liability is capped at £1500 unless you purchased the Excess reduction as an added extra, which reduces the cap of your liability to a maximum of £750. (this also includes damage to Tyres, Wheels and Windscreens)

In the event of a fault or the vehicle behaving in a way you do not expect, please firstly refer to the operational manual for fault finding and troubleshooting tips. If this does not resolve the issues, please raise a fault via your customer dashboard, this will alert us to your issue.
