TERMS AND CONDITIONS & RETURNING YOUR HIRED CAMPERVAN

Returning the campervan to us on time is really important as we work to a tight turnaround schedule.
If you believe that You might not be able to return the campervan at the agreed time/location, you must let us know as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to levy the following charges, by deduction from Your Security Deposit or otherwise.

Late Return

£50 If You return between 1-2 hours late, >2 hours full day hire rate.
£25 Additional insurance charge.

Fuel (Full to Full Policy)

Fuel tank should be returned full, failure to do so will result in £25 service charge, plus the cost of the fuel.

Portable Toilet

Toilet must return empty, failure to comply will result in a £50 service charge

I confirm that all the information provided is true and correct. By signing below I agree to be bound by the current version of Staycation Scotland Campers Ltd terms and conditions. By signing I am responsible for any parking fines or traffic offences incurred during the hire period and be liable for the first £1500 excess in the event of a accident or damaged whilst hiring.
The fully refundable security deposit of £750 has been paid. This shall be refunded to me on return of the vehicle in the same condition which it left other than fair wear and tear.
